In this research, staff interview, focus group discussion and consumer questionnaire
survey research methods are employed. Since the target fast fashion brand under study
is TMC, we briefly introduce it as follows. TMC is a brand which has been operating
for decades. Its business concept is to offer high quality fashion at the best price, with
a wide range of merchandise of fashion apparel and accessories for men, women, teens
