Thanks to Kamila’s efficiency, and also to the new collaboration within the team, the project is now running at full capacity.

The conflict with Elisabeth belongs to the past. The same goes for James’ demotivation: He is now fully engaged.

The phone rings: It’s Andrew.

“Hi Katherine, how are you?”

“Fine, thanks, and you?”

“Pretty well, pretty well… look, the CEO just called me. He would like your new presentation at the next board meeting, which is 2 weeks away.”

“Perfect! Thanks for the opportunity. Is there anything in particular that the board wants to review?”

“Be prepared at 360 degrees, but their specific interest is to hear the feedback you are receiving from the various countries.”
