How to figure out the goal of your project
If you want to have a fast project, the key thing is to know precisely what you’re being asked to do. In order to do that, do the following:
Ask yourself the question, ‘What event marks the end of this project?’
Make a list of all the project stakeholders and for each stakeholder write down their win-conditions. A stakeholder is any individual or group of people affected either positively or negatively by your project. Win-conditions are the things that would make a successful project for that stakeholder.
