Chapter 8. Executing the Plan
There are three things you need to do when running the project. The first is to manage people properly; the second is to track progress against the plan; the third is to tell the result of this to the stakeholders. To have a fast project you want to do all of these as quickly and efficiently as possible. This chapter shows you how.
