As you’ve learned throughout the book, one of the benefits of the Microsoft Office System is transferable knowledge: You can learn certain tasks—such as printing, saving, opening, and closing documents—in one Office application, and then apply that knowledge (and the same keystrokes) in other applications. This list brings together all the Office shortcut keys you’ll be using with the various programs. Commands followed by a program name in parentheses (for example, Delete (Outlook)) indicate that the shortcut key is available only in that program for that purpose.
