Glossary of Terms
360-degree feedback—Also known as multirater feedback, multisource feedback, or multisource assessment; an evaluation of a person that comes from all around: subordinates, peers, supervisors, external sources such as customers and suppliers, or other interested stakeholders. Behavioral item—A word, phrase, or sentence that describes some aspect of behavior.
Cluster analysis—A statistical analysis that groups like objects or items.
