We all know that the home entertainment business for film is going through another major paradigm shift. By the time it gets on an even keel, theatrical distribution will still be paramount for independent films. Of course, before the audience can buy a movie ticket, rent a disc, download, or stream, the movie has to get off the filmmaker’s desk and into the movie theaters.
