Statement of cash flows

Provides information on changes in cash account through inflows and outflows associated with daily operations of business. Tracks actual cash receipts and disbursements. Cash flow statement is derived from income statement items and linked to balance sheet.

Allows entrepreneur or investor to see the cash flow position of the business and identify the key sources of cash inflow and outflow (e.g., sales, account receivables, cost of sales, operating expenses, etc.).
