At this point, you are clear about your values—what you believe in and care about at a deep level.

You now know the major obstacles to happiness.

You are also clear about your ideal vision—your perfect life at some time in the future.

Now it is time for you to answer the question why.

Why are you here? What gives your life meaning? Why do you do what you are doing rather than a thousand other things? What would have to happen for you to feel completely engaged and truly balanced? What really matters to you?
