When the Shoe Fits, Wear It

At this point, you have so much inspiration that you are probably raring to go, and if you are, then just go right now before the surge of energy passes. I hope you have been flexing, walking, resisting, and balancing as you prepared yourself through this book. One additional bit of preparation not to be overlooked is your equipment. (I don’t want you to add “I have nothing to wear” to the list of excuses that can crop up for not working out!) Even the best training can get sidetracked if your shoes rub blisters on your feet, your clothes don’t wick moisture, or your equipment fails. Preparation makes perfect performance.
