Stumbling through the transition

With respect to the liminal space concept, I understood it from your therapy descriptions but struggled with it in the organizational context. I think I understood that the place for it was in the overlap between the status quo and the challenger but didn’t understand how it would be constructed, unless you were saying that for the challenger individual they would build some sort of way through here; a bit lost here I’m afraid.
