Chapter 10: The Future Is Now?
THE PRINCIPLES OF light remain the same, but the way we use it is ever changing. What we use and how we use it will continue to evolve. Flash and strobes will continue to get stronger, without necessarily getting bigger or more cumbersome; they’ll get “smarter.” Humans will continue to come up with innovative approaches to both the technical and artistic elements of photography. Here are a few new things to be aware of. Some will turn out to be very important, some will be passing fads. The best crystal balls are cloudy.
