Forceful Form
Learning how to draw takes two parts. One part is knowledge about technique. That is perspective, anatomy, force, and shape. The other side of drawing is honest observation, being able to draw what you see. When the two combine, you can draw! You draw what you see and understand it at the same time. You can assess your own experiences and see where you need more technique or more honest observation. Is the drawing generic? Look more. Is it specific but flat, dead, and poorly designed? Use technique.
