Case Studies

The case studies in this chapter indicate various shortcomings of public policy, regulations, and institutional environment related to FDI. These case studies serve the purpose of identifying core issues that arise in liberalizing the Indian economy and integrating specific policies related to FDI, technology transfer, etc. These case studies in no way are a reflection of effective or ineffective handling of any managerial situation.
