ment. However, there is a strong streak of redundancy in this section because
you have already seen CI previously with two clauses that speak to continuous
improvement as a requirement, that is, in the statements of quality (4.2.2e),
and evidence of commitment to continually improve the management sys-
tem and its eectiveness (4.2.3). We noted that these clauses were particularly
addressed to the lab manager. As noted earlier, it might be to your advantage
to think about them as a cluster.
About all this requirement (4.10) contributes is to state a few specic tools
you are expected to use in your CI eort
