Company Culture

A company’s ability to attract and retain top-level talent is based, in part, on the culture within the organization and the resulting reputation with the marketplace. Explaining the organization’s mission, vision, and core values to job applicants and focusing on candidates who appear to be a good fit with the company’s culture are critical elements of the hiring process.
