Creating Interaction
In Chapter 5, you saw how to create users, contacts, and categories of contacts so that a visitor to a web site can directly contact the authorized person of the desired department. The purpose of that chapter was to define the interaction of visitors with the authorized person in an organization.
In this chapter, you will increase the interaction with other data providers by using newsfeeds and also enable the visitors to search desired information on your site by using Search and Smart Search components. You’ll learn the following:
