A slow and steady stream of new subscribers constantly being added to your e-mail lists is far preferred over making any stupid decisions that could lead to violations of the law, your websites being banned, and your name or reputation being tarnished. Never buy e-mail addresses or send e-mail to a list that someone gives you.
The quickest way to legitimately add hundreds or thousands of new e-mail subscribers to your opt-in list is to find a good partner that already has a large e-mail following and then work with them in a creative way.
