By surveying your customers you can likely discover some of the most disturbing and disappointing trends in your industry. Once you are aware of these annoyances and issues, you should choose one (or several depending on the issue), and then go after that issue in defense of your customers. Expose it, purge it from your business, and go after it where it appears anywhere else.

A big launch is when a new course or product by an established expert is hyped for several weeks as being the next fantastic, must-have course. It's enough to drive anyone crazy if you're paying attention to too many experts.
