To Become a Runway Entrepreneur from Academia
This chapter introduces the thought process in coming to a decision to be an entrepreneur from academia, previewed by a presentation of the author’s endeavors in this regard. The prerequisite to participate in the biomed industry is proposed. The considerations that one has to work through to choose the “hard” option are put forward. The purpose and motivation to being an entrepreneur together with the responsibility an entrepreneur takes on concludes the chapter.
