Conclusion

It is ridiculous that so many people inhibit their career development by shying away from opportunities to shine in front of others, whether they be colleagues, clients, or peers. It is almost impossible to progress in any walk of life if you are not prepared to make that journey from behind your desk to the front of the stage.

You may never come to enjoy it. Some people love performing and relish the opportunity to get to their feet. Most people do not fall into that category, but they can still grow to become very competent, confident speakers.

Hopefully, the advice in this book will help many more people do just that.

Finally. Good luck!
