Knowing and agreeing with that idea is one thing. Knowing what that means, and being able to identify and consistently exhibit the behaviors, is something else entirely. That is the point of this chapter: to identify and explain ten specific behaviors that will be seen as supportive by others, and therefore to help you be a better coach.
