This is this book’s final and most important advice: take care of yourself.

No job is worth sacrificing your physical or mental health. Burnout is very real and can leave you scarred for life. While it’s okay to push yourself during critical moments—such as before a major product delivery or an important meeting—it’s equally important to take breaks afterward to recover.
