The Management Accounts Pack

The management accounts pack tells the story of the business performance. For all but the smallest of businesses it is an essential business tool for the board of directors and senior management team. These documents allow those not involved in the daily minutiae of the business to see what has happened in the organisation from a financial point of view over the period that the pack covers.
