SHOOTING MODES
P (Program AE [auto exposure]): Camera sets shutter speed and aperture for optimal exposure. Turn the Shutter Speed dial to A (auto), set the Aperture to A (auto), and confirm that P appears in the display.
S (Shutter Speed Priority): You set the shutter speed and the camera sets the aperture. Turn the Shutter Speed dial to set the shutter speed, and set the Aperture to A (auto).
T (Time): Use this mode to set slow shutter speeds for long exposures. Turn the Shutter Speed dial to T (time), then use the Rear Command dial to set the shutter speed.
B (Bulb): Use this mode to take long exposures by pressing the Shutter button all the way down to start the exposure and lifting your finger off ...
