CircleCI (https://circleci.com/) is another open source CI/CD solution that offers both a hosted PaaS and on-premises option. It has free options for small teams and subscription plans for bigger teams and enterprises. The configuration is simple and YAML-based, similar to Travis CI. It provides options to choose different OS environments for the builds and is very easy to set up.
