A Behavioral Training Plan Sample
The following training plan illustrates the relationship between outcomes, objectives, and behavioral levers, and could be used to satisfy the compliance requirements of nearly any data protection policy or law, with minor additions to meet specific requirements mandated by your regulatory environment. This may be a good foundation for an organization’s GDPR training, for example.
Return to chapters 7-9 for further clarification on how a training initiative based on context, habit, and motivation can change behavior, along with further tips and tools for integrating the three levers into any compliance subject.
