Due to the rising scope of compliance subjects and the rising expectations of organizational accountability documented in part 1, the compliance training industry finds itself in need of total reconstruction. Beyond the surgical improvements outlined in part 2, which can immediately yield tangible results, our most vexing problems likely can’t be solved without a total tear down and rebuild of the way we think about compliance subjects and envision compliance training.
