The link-level simulation and analysis results presented in Chapter 11 describe the performance of a single WiMAX link, depending on the choice of various physical-layer features and parameters. The results also provide insight into the benefits and the associated trade-offs of various signal-processing techniques that can be used in a WiMAX system.
