Identifying Exit Points
Exit points are the places where a user can “escape” from a page. Take the page in Figure 14.1, for example.

The roughly circled sections in Figure 14.1 were done on top of the prototype page. The top menu has six exits to other parts of the site, the search box has a Submit button, the logo on the left is clickable to send the user home, the left side has links to popular helmets, and the body of the page has links to buy this item, read reviews, and write a new review.
