Eric Anderson is the managing partner and global head of Tech Enabled Services Practice for the Egon Zehnder Atlanta office and the head of the FinTech practice group. He is a core member of the Financial Services and Technology Practices serving industry clients in executive search, board search, and management appraisal capacities. He is also a member of the Financial Officers practice having accomplished numerous senior-level assignments. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder International, he was the president of BISYS Compliance and Licensing Services, where his responsibilities included growing the Education, Licensing and Advanced Designations' business for BISYS. BISYS was sold to Citibank in 2005. Eric has a BS in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.

Snehal Antani is an entrepreneur, technologist, and investor. He is chief executive officer and co-founder of Horizon3.ai, a cybersecurity company using AI to deliver red teaming and penetration testing as a service. He also serves as a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) for the US Department of Defense, driving digital transformation and data initiatives in support of Special Operations. Prior to his current roles, Antani was chief technology officer and senior vice president at Splunk, held multiple CIO roles at GE Capital, and started his career as a software engineer at IBM.
