In the last 5 years many fuzzy logic software and hardware products have begun to appear in the market in the USA, Japan, and other countries. The object of this chapter of the book is to overview some of the available software and hardware. Simulation and real-time fuzzy control examples are provided using some of the software and hardware products discussed. The reader should note that it is always difficult to do a fair and objective job in any overview of this nature; one good reason for this is that not all of the software or hardware were available to the author and his associates.
