Compared to the hands, the creation of the feet on our character should be an easier task. In this case we won’t need to drop into a new file; instead we will create them already attached to the leg.
Following Figure 5.36, switch to the side view and focus on the base of the leg.

Extrude the edges down to the base of the feet.
Next select the front five faces from the new geometry and extrude them out in front of the leg. We need to select five faces so we have one for each toe.
