The design thinking process

A design thinking process is constituted of the following phases:

  • Researching
  • Ideating
  • Prototyping
  • Testing

In its simplest form, this process leads to research on the goals, environment, and user behavior. Further to that, potential solutions are ideated and rated. The solution is then prototyped and tested to gather stakeholder feedback. The output is refined in multiple iterations as a closed loop until there is scope for betterment.
