Gen e trait no. 8: e = ethics. For gen e financial motivation is limited. Truly. They are not angelic figures who regard financial rewards as unimportant. They expect to be well rewarded, but look beyond the narrow motivation of money alone.

We are not suggesting that gen e are a pushover. They want a share of the action. No effort without equity. Forget the $1,000 bonus if the project works out, let's talk ownership. Through its employee stock options scheme, Microsoft is said to have created 21,000 millionaires. Ownership is one of Amazon's six stated core values.
