Chapter 10. Combining the Counts

“To get a big decline in the market, there must first of all be a Top-to-Top count. Second, the Top-to-Top count must either approximately coincide with an important Low-Low-High count; or, as an alternative, it must expire while the average is in the same trading range.”1George Lindsay
