Every venture that is of any substance will need capital invested in it. You might find that surprising, but the truth is that businesses that don't have money behind them are almost always without sufficient prospects to make anyone rich. Even if by some quirk of luck they have prospects of success and the market is large, without money it will be difficult to exploit the opportunity with sufficient speed to deter competitors from entering the market or to raise barriers to entry by branding or gaining intellectual property rights.
