If I followed you around for a day, what would I notice? What would be your focus? Would you be spending your time scheduling employees, making sure materials are ordered, pricing products, soliciting customers, and showing your supervisors what to do? Do these activities really make you profitable and build your business?
You need to ask yourself this question before you start doing the many day-to-day tasks it takes to run your business: Where’s the money?
