Build Customer, Marketing, and Sales Systems!
I’m out of town playing golf and my cell phone rings. It’s Randy, one of my best customers. He tells me he has just signed a long-term lease with a manufacturing company for a new 60,000-square-foot building to be built in Anaheim, California. Randy then asks me the magic question: “Do you want to build it for us? If you’re interested, you have to attend a preliminary design meeting tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. at the architect’s office. Are you in?” This is what I call “customer magic”! Our customer systems are working just the way they’re designed to work.
