I’ve made my fair share of mistakes when it comes to getting along with coworkers. I’ve hurled passive-aggressive digs in the heat of the moment. I’ve sent unkind emails that I wish I could take back. I’ve rolled my eyes at someone who I thought was being unreasonable.
