Chapter 7. Implementing the SEU

The path to corporate growth through small ventures begins as soon as the organizational leader or CEO decides to implement an SEU. This provides the necessary impetus to commence growth plans. Compensation parameters need to be established, along with an SEU template. Internal and external notifications need to be sent out along with a clear methodology for idea generation, filtering, and potential funding.
