Buying and installing ZBrush

The first thing you will have to do is to buy a copy of ZBrush from Pixologic (www.pixologic.com) and install it on your computer. ZBrush works on either Windows or Macintosh machines and requires at least 2GB of RAM, 16GB of free space on the hard drive, and a minimum monitor resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels. You can purchase ZBrush through Pixologic’s online store (http://store.pixologic.com) or via one of their resellers. If you are currently enrolled as a student, you might qualify for a reduced price educational license, so make sure to check that out.
