Creating and managing print styles

Print styles control how entities are printed. The most important properties to control are printed colors and lineweights. Normally, these properties are based on entities or layers colors, thus being defined by CTB files. Print style files are saved in the Print Styles folder associated to the user profile.

When editing a CTB file, for instance from the Print Configuration dialog box, the Print Style Table dialog box is displayed. The principal area of this box is Formats. Here, for each main color (1 to 255) it is possible to assign several printing properties, the most important being LineColor (printed color) and LineWeight (printed lineweights).
