We had a good first look at what can be done to design and configure our virtual desktops using MDT, to store our configuration setting for the OS and for any applications we want in our collections. We have the workings of a process where we can automate the creation of a collection from a PowerShell script. We have also seen that we can configure Group Policy packs inside MDT if we want to. Although, for VDI, it is simpler to rely on our virtual desktops and users that belong to an OU that we can apply policies to.
