Rebooting into the new Nano Server image

Perform the following steps:

  1. Reboot the host machines. They will automatically boot into the new Nano Server.
  2. After the host machines are booted, log into the Nano recovery console. You will need to enter Administrator for the username and the password you specified earlier when creating the image. You can also specify the domain name and login with a user who is a member of the administrators group.
  3. Note the IP address of each Nano Server. You will use these IP addresses in the networking section (more on that in a bit).
