Pools and prestarted VMs

oVirt allows you to create prestarted VM Pools in which virtual machines are ready for use. The main goal of prestarted VMs is the possibility of immediate use of VMs as necessary, without waiting for virtual machines to be created. When a user shuts down the VM, it returns to the pool and then it's ready to be used by another user. These pools are created on the basis of pre-existing templates. Thus, VM Pools represent a group of identical virtual machines ready for use at any time. Virtual machines in VM Pool can be turned off, or they can be assigned to a specific user.
