Task Lists

We began this chapter by talking about a website and how easily a user can navigate it. Task Lists also help a user by specifically listing the activities or tasks in an order meant for a user. Before we take a look at Task Lists, let us learn some more theory.

A planner needs some guidance or instructions before he enters the budget values and he also needs to perform tasks in a specific order. Here, the simple example of the order would be'to enter budget values and promote the Planning unit to other user for review'. Now, this simple activity can be broken down into two tasks; that is firstly entering budget values in a Data Form and secondly, promoting the Planning Unit.
