When to Give Feedback
People tend to give feedback right away, in an impromptu manner. This immediate response can be very useful because the incident is fresh in everyone’s minds. However, there is the danger of reacting too quickly to a situation, before you have the necessary facts and information or while people’s feelings may still be too turbulent or brittle.
