New skills, new mindset
Global teams require exceptional leaders. Global team leaders have to overcome the distance challenges of time, culture, language, and differing agendas and capabilities. This raises the bar in terms of all the traditional skills of a leader: managing and motivating the team, managing performance and making decisions.
