In this lesson, you learn how to use Gmail’s Tasks feature to manage your to-do list.
Gmail is more than just an email service. You can also use Gmail to manage your to-do list, in the form of a Tasks list. You add new tasks as they come up and mark them off as you complete them.
To view your Tasks list in Gmail, follow these steps:
1. Click the Gmail down arrow at the top of the navigation pane, and then select Tasks.
2. This displays a Tasks pane at the bottom-right corner of the browser window, as shown in Figure 18.1. To minimize the Tasks pane, click the Minimize button. To display the Tasks list in its own separate window, click the Pop-Out button.
